Novusweb was approached in 2004 to create a Web application for the emerging use of digital recorders for dictation and transcription. NovusFiles was designed to provide easy, secure management of digital voice files and typed documents transferred between physicians and their transcriptionists. The system meets HIPAA compliance through secure connections and encrypted data.

Today, NovusFiles continues to provide service to a growing list of clients, including the original clients of 2004. In fact, client retention is unusually high due to the thoughtful usability and convenience of the application.
