Refund Policy and Guarantee

Over the years, people ask us "will my Web site bring more business? Make more money?" Our answer has been, like most, "it depends on too many factors."

That's just not a good answer. You expect your car to run, your computer to turn on, and your coffee maker to brew. If those things don't happen, you have a guarantee by the manufacturer to correct the situation.

In creating ESP™, we relied on our own proven experience in e-commerce as a basis for the program. We also discovered that our success could be boiled down to discrete steps: a process for building a successful online enterprise.

Refund Policy

We don't want anyone enrolling in ESP, only to later feel they did not receive what they expected. For that reason, we offer a very generous 14-day Refund Policy.

Simple stated, once you have paid to enroll in an ESP program, you have up to 14 calendar days from the date of your completed payment to review the program, even begin the training and planning process. If you don't feel the program meets your expectations - in any way - just send us an e-mail or use our Contact form to request a refund:

1. We must receive your refund request by e-mail or postal mail no later than midnight of the 14th day of your enrollment (Pacific Time).
2. We will refund your original payment method for 100% of the amount you paid. You should see the refund credit on your account within 3-4 business days (time may vary depending on your card issuer).
3. Your access to the program, tools, training and any other related items will cease upon receipt of your request.

Success Guarantee

While it's true not everyone who takes our program will succeed, we do feel the ones that don't will constitute a very, very small minority. We're so confident of our program, that we're making a very unique guarantee:

Is there anything simpler? Of course, there are some discrete terms and conditions (aren't there always?):

1. Your site must be live and accessible to the public for the duration of the initial six (6) months. If you cancel or suspend your site during that time, this guarantee is no longer valid.
2. Your monthly hosting fees and any additional charges must be paid on-time and in full during the guarantee period.
3. A request for a refund under the terms of this guarantee must be made by US Mail to Novusweb at 7446 Trigo Lane, Carlsbad, CA 92009 and received no later than 30 days following the sixth consecutive month of your Web site's initial operation.
4. Refunds will be paid by check and sent via US Mail to your account's mailing address on file with Novusweb. For security reasons, no other notice of mailing address is acceptable. Refunds will be paid by the end of the first full month following your refund request.
5. Your request for refund will result in the cancellation of all Novusweb provided services for your account at the end of any currently paid hosting period. Your Web site will be terminated and any content not retrieved before that time, will be inaccessible, including hosted e-mail accounts, images, and content.
6. You will be responsible for transferring domain name server hosting for your domains to another provider. Consult with your domain registrar for further information.
7. Cancellation of your site releases Novusweb from any liability, direct or indirect, relating to your Web site or its operations. Novusweb may re-purpose your Web site coding and content for other clients if desired.
8. Any registered trade names or copyrights, where they do not conflict with registrations and copyrights owned by Novusweb, remain yours.
9. Your state may have other laws regarding guarantees and refunds which may apply.
