Once your ESP-powered Web site is ready for launch (usually less than 30 days), you will begin paying for hosting. We don't start charging until you're ready to launch!
Our ESP platform is powered by Business Catalyst, an Adobe company, with server installations around the world. Rest assured your site is up and running 24 hours a day.
Hosting fees are automatically charged each month to your credit card. You will receive an e-mail receipt for your records, but you can rest assured that your site will continue to be up and running without interruption.
Our hosting plans are based on your actual usage. To the right are our three base plans. Below are the costs of various additional usage above and beyond these plans. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time
We have no hosting contracts. If you want to stop your ESP site, just let us know and we'll cancel your hosting at the end of the current period (we can turn off the site at anytime, but you can continue to the end of the current billed month).
Note: if you cancel your hosting, you will have no further access to your site information, files or e-mail accounts after the end of the last paid month. Be sure to retrieve any vital files, content, and e-mails prior to cancellation.
