How It Works

If you're interested in online marketing and sales success, our ESP Success Programs will provide you with the process, tools and Web site to achieve your goals. The following outlines the basic process of our programs:

  • Initial ConsultationInitial Consultation. After you sign up for one of our success programs, you will be contacted to arrange a free, one-on-one consultation with our founder, Bret Williams. You'll discuss your online goals and perhaps discover unique opportunities that can increase your success.
  • Engage UsEngage Us. If you and we agree to move forward, you'll be asked to engage Novusweb as your online success "partner." Once you have paid for your Success Program, you will be given access to the tools and training unique to our programs.
  • Web SiteWeb Site. Once you complete the first 5 steps of our program, we will construct a turn-key Web site based on your business focus, products or services, and goals. Once completed, you will train on how to manage your site's content, products, orders, marketing and more. When you're satisfied your site is ready to go, we will make it "pubic" and you're in business!
  • Operate your Online Business Web Site.Operate. The final part of our program is helping you learn to market, promote and manage your new online business. You're now in business online, ready to take orders or gain new customers. Let the world know!
  • SupportSupport. As a Novusweb client, you will have 24/7 access to a wide variety of information, tools, wikis and other resources to help you grow your business. In addition, we will hold regular, live "Webinars" to discuss new trends, site administration tips and techniques, and marketing insights. It's like having a committed mentor by your side.

Requirements

There are really few requirements for you to succeed with our programs:

  • An up-to-date Web browser. We prefer Apple's Safari or the Mozilla Firefox browsers. Both come in Mac and PC versions. They're very fast and much safer against hackers than other browsers. You should have a good amount of "surfing" experience and be familiar with using search engines, filling out Web forms, and downloading files.
  • Acrobat Reader. If you don't already have a PDF reader on your computer (Macs come with Preview), you can download Acrobat Reader for free from Adobe. If you're planning on creating PDFs for customers to download, you may need to purchase Acrobat Pro or find alternatives for creating PDFs.
  • A high-speed Internet connection is preferred, as you will be spending a lot of time accessing your site's online Administrative tools. You will be uploaded photos and documents, as well. Dial-up connections may be too frustrating.
  • Time. It will take time to build and prepare your new Web site, not to mention creating a new business, if applicable. If you're going to sell products, you will need time to process orders and handle customer support. You can succeed while holding down a full-time job, but it may take longer to get rolling. Just be prepared for some long days if you're eager to get started.
  • A Skype or iChat account and a Web cam. Optional. We have the ability to video chat with our clients using Skype and iChat. Additionally, these tools allow us to share your screen if necessary to help with training and support issues. Skype is free; iChat comes on all Mac computers. Web cameras are very inexpensive.
  • Valid credit card. Your payment for the program and on-going hosting fees can only be paid by VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
