Novusweb was created to produce innovative and productive solutions for the net-based world we live in. It has never been about producing hype or over-inflated stock issues. It has always been about quality, efficiency and, most of all, productivity for the user.

The Idea
Since 1995, when Bret Williams and a partner created what was probably the first truly professional web production firm in Austin, Texas, Bret wanted to create a company that stayed true to what he believed were the best features of the Net: rapid deployment, interactive communication, and relationship marketing. That first company was a good first start. In fact, within four months it was acquired by a software development firm in San Antonio. From there, Bret created and/or matured Internet production divisions for three different companies. Each endeavor was more rewarding and produced better work than the one before. Despite numerous project successes (see more in the "Achievements" below), there persisted a yearning to apply what was learned about combining interactive technologies and user behavior at an ever higher level. After continuing to benefit other companies and clients, Novusweb was officially launched in 1999.
Achievements
The Novusweb team has produced over 50 Web sites for a very diverse client base. Their sites have won numerous awards, including an International Web Page Award, an Addy Best of Show, and several Addy Gold and Silver Awards.

Location
While the location of Novusweb has little impact to its ability to service clients and markets, it was key to providing the new company with a climate for its staff and inspiration for the soul. The company is based in Carlsbad, California, a village just north of San Diego. The principals work out of a home office and network with a nationwide team of specialists who are used on various projects based on each professional's unique expertise.
