E-commerce Tops List for 2011

In the December 2010 Special Report produced by IBISWorld, e-commerce is identified as a top performer with more than 11 percent projected in revenue growth for 2011. Some of the most popular items for online sales are: clothing, footwear, accessories and jewelry. However, toys, hobby goods, sporting goods, books, cosmetics, furniture, home appliances and electronics are also popular.

The report identifies six top performers out of their database of 711 industries.
